Shipping

• We currently ship within United States.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.​

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective and a proof of damage is reported immediately upon receipt, in the form of a clearly visible photograph to info@kraftiquebliss.com

Exchanges for clothing items cannot be guaranteed due to limited stock supply, as we make only a few pieces per size & per line, to provide you with a tailored clothing experience.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@kraftiquebliss.com.

• Provide your order confirmation number (proof of purchase).

• Include photos of the item showing the damage or defect.

• Any exchange or refund should be processed within 30 days of the purchase date. 

• Clothing must be returned in its original packaging

If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original method of payment.​
